source note: 定州（893-950） 唐景福二年（893年），无极、深泽二县往属祁州，⑴辖境缩小。五代时，北平县往属易州，⑵辖境缩小。 ⑴《新唐书》卷39《地理三》，北京，中华书局，第1019页 ⑵《元丰九域志》卷2《河北路》第79页云北宋建隆元年（960年）易州北平县来属。北平县在唐代属定州，此处言自易州来属，当在唐末或五代时有过改属。因无具体时间，现暂作后周广顺元年（951年），待详考。
