Open Source Desktop GIS with Quantum

Quantum GIS is a free open source software package, which runs on Windows, Linux, and Mac. This introductory workshop will cover basic methods listed below. No previous knowledge of GIS or statistics is required.

NOTE: QGIS 1.8 has charset problems. We reccommend using version 1.7.3 (Oct 2012)
