Global Oil Visualization with Google Earth

GPS Camera Available
CGA has purchased a Garmin Oregon 550 GPS for use by any Harvard affiliate. The unit features a touch screen, and 3.2 megapixel camera for taking geo-tagged photos. Email us at contact@help.cga.harvard.edu if interested is using.

Business Analyst 2009 Available
CGA has received and installed ESRI ArcGIS Business Analyst Desktop 2009. This software contains census data projected to 2009 and 2014 values, over 12 million individual business and shopping center locations, and more. It is available for use by any Harvard affiliate; please contact us at contact@help.cga.harvard.edu if interested. More info on business analyst:

ESRI UC 2009 Technical Workshop Videos
The CGA has recently received the ESRI Users Conference 2009 technical workshop video DVD. We are not going to post all the videos online this year due to the license constraints. Most of the workshops are the same as last year’s which are already available on CGA website. For access, go to http://gis.harvard.edu and login at the upper right. This year ESRI has made plenary sessions, lightning talks and some workshops available online at: http://www.esri.com/events/index.html. If you want to learn what’s new in ArcGIS 9.3.1 and 9.4, you can just watch ESRI’s online video.
